Security Deposit: Within two weeks, you will need to pay the security deposit, which will be the total deposit amount minus the reservation fee already paid. The security deposit will be held in a government-approved scheme.

Before the tenancy –
One weeks rent is payable to reserve the property. Should the application be successful, this will be put towards your first month’s rent.
Five weeks rent is payable as a security deposit, which subject to Term’s and Conditions of the deposit will be refunded at the end of the tenancy.
During the tenancy –
A payment of £50 is payable if you want to change the Tenancy Agreement.
A payment of £50 is payable for rent which is paid late exceeding 14 days.
A payment of £50 is payable for the reasonably incurred costs of the loss of keys/security devices.
A payment equivalent to one months rent +VAT is payable should early release from the tenancy be granted alongside any rent owed.
