Description
4 Colville Street is a spacious seven-bedroom student home in the popular Arboretum area, currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment to create a fresh, modern and comfortable property ideally positioned for Nottingham Trent University students.

The property offers seven well-proportioned bedrooms, providing each tenant with comfortable private space for studying and relaxing, while the communal areas give the house plenty of room for socialising and spending time with housemates.

A practical kitchen and shared living area form the sociable heart of the property, with good storage and preparation space designed to suit everyday student living.

The property also benefits from two bathrooms, providing added convenience for a larger group and helping to make busy day-to-day routines easier.

As part of the extensive refurbishment, the property is being improved throughout to provide a more modern, attractive and practical standard of student accommodation.

The location is one of the property’s biggest advantages. Colville Street sits within the Arboretum student area, just a short walk from Nottingham Trent University’s City Campus and within easy reach of Nottingham city centre. Properties on the same street are specifically marketed for their close proximity to NTU.

The surrounding area offers a wide range of shops, supermarkets, cafés, takeaways, bars and student social spots, while nearby transport links make travelling around Nottingham straightforward. The Arboretum itself is also close by, providing useful green space on the doorstep.

With its ongoing refurbishment, generous seven-bedroom layout and excellent position for NTU and the city centre, 4 Colville Street is a fantastic option for a group of seven students looking for a modern and exceptionally well-located home.
