Property description
Property Reference: 3067126.
Modern city-centre living in a Grade II listed building in the heart of the Norwich lanes, this is a rare find - a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom maisonette in a central, though quiet, location.
Gas heating and hot water included in the rental price
The property ranges over three floors, with fantastic views north over the city from the top floors.
Entry to the property is via a private courtyard and up an external spiral staircase to a small roof terrace with room to sit out in the warmer months.
There is a good size double bedroom (which could be used as a WFH office) and shower room on the first floor; an open plan kitchen/living area on the second floor and an even larger double bedroom with en-suite shower room on the top floor.
The kitchen is modern and well-fitted with induction hob, electric fan oven and extractor hood, large fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a combi gas boiler for heating and instant hot water, and the gas and standing charge are included in the rent making this an extremely economical property to run.
Available to move in from mid October 2026. The property is offered unfurnished but does include a DFS three-seater sofa and IKEA JONAXEL white modular storage and wardrobe system.
Council Tax Band A
