The house is a bright and airy semi-detached property, fully furnished, with a large/double reception room (with large patio doors to the garden) and kitchen downstairs, hallway (with wooden floor) and a large bathroom and three bedrooms upstairs, with new furniture. Central heating is brand new and eco-friendly (installed November 2023). The Central line station is a four minutes’ walk from the house with quick and regular access to central London. The house is five minutes away from a Sainsbury's supermarket, post office and other local shops, GP's surgery, dentist, and local restaurants. There is parking outside and a very large back garden, perfect for barbecues and summer parties, and especially families with children. Local cinemas and shopping malls are a 10 min drive or a 15 min bus ride away.
The house is brilliantly located on the Central Line (red line) of the London Underground, four minutes away, with the tube station next to a police station and the Northolt Leisure Centre (with its 25-meter swimming pool and state of the art gym. The quick connections to anywhere in central London is the best feature of this property, along with the recently refurbished interior, new furniture and new mattress in the main bedroom, very quiet residential neighbourhood on a tree lined street, and a 120 foot back garden which is wonderful in all seasons. The house is ideally suited for a small family, but we have lived there as a couple and there is currently an academic family (with two children) living there. The recently installed Vaillant eco-friendly combi boiler is very efficient, combined with a thermostat, keeps the house warm with low heating costs in winter.
The white goods in the house include a new inbuilt dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and separate freezer, all from Bosch, and an AEG dryer (which vents to the outside).The kitchen includes a gas cooking hob, a full-sized oven, an extraction fan (which vents to the outside), microwave oven, electrical kettle and toaster.Both the gas certificate and EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) are valid and were renewed recently.

The rent does not include utility bills and they usually come to close to/under £400 per month. We would ideally like the guests to pay directly for the utilities.
