Renting with NO DEPOSIT
We know that moving home can be costly, that's why we have partnered with Flatfair to offer our tenants the option to move into their perfect new home with no deposit. With Flatfair, you skip the traditional deposit and just pay 28% + VAT of one month's rent—it's a simpler, more flexible way to move in. This frees up cash for the things that matter such as new furniture or home décor.

Western Gate's ideal location means that Towcester and Daventry are just 10 miles away, and Milton Keynes is 25 miles away.
