The property has been fitted with brand new grey carpets in the hallway, stairs and landings during Summer 2022. The property has a large separate lounge of over 20m square, a great place for communal socialising. The kitchen is at the back of the property and is fitted with American Fridge Freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is plenty of cupboard space for all housemates to use. The separate dining room is located at the back of the kitchen with large dining table and chairs for everyone. There are 3 bathrooms/ toilets throughout the property located on each floor for convenience. One including a shower cubicle and the other a bath. All bedrooms are doubles, and are fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, drawers and desk, perfect for student living. To the front of the property there is a small town garden and to the rear a large private yard with plenty of space for a seating area. The property is an excellent example of modern student living in Jesmond and an early viewing is highly recommended.
