Beyond the formal garden lies a separate paddock and ownership of part of the neighbouring woodland copse, enhancing both privacy and amenity. Within the garden there is a shed, wood store and covered secure area for gardening equipment.
A double garage fitted with electric doors houses the air source heat pump, electric car charger and a boarded loft sits near a substantial timber chalet outbuilding, currently arranged as a professional office suite and a fully equipped gym with shower room, WC and sink.
