Variation of Contract/addendum:

Early Release (only if agreed with the landlord):
If you need to leave the property prior to the expiry of the fixed term, you will have to pay the rent and all other outgoings until any new tenant is in occupation or until the expiration of any remaining tenancy period.
If you leave under these circumstances, you will be charged a re-arrangement fee that the landlord incurred at the commencement of the tenancy. This will be requested to be with us before we commence marketing.
