Entering the property, you walk into a tasteful lounge with feature fireplace and electric fire.
The kitchenette is reached through glazed double doors from the living space and offers a range of eye and base level units with ample worktop space. There is a fridge and space for a microwave oven.
The bedroom is a pleasant, relaxing space with a built-in wardrobe. The views again are stunning as you look straight across the Bowling Green and surrounding flower borders.
Outside, enjoy landscaped gardens without having to lift a finger. Our dedicated gardeners have it all taken care of. The property is offered with an allocated parking space.

Renters of Assisted Living apartments also pay for a Lifestyle Package. This covers utility costs, meals, housekeeping and laundry services. Lifestyle Packages are available from £2746.19 per month based on single occupancy. This is reviewed annually on 1st April.
