Property description
**Property undergoing redecoration and some external works**
This fantastic three bedroom detached home is located in the desirable Hamlet of Beckhampton. Overlooking fields and farmland it is such a peaceful spot and yet within 15 minutes you can be in Marlborough, Swindon or on within 30 minutes the M4 on the way to London.
The house itself is approached via a horse shoe driveway and the main entrance leads into a useful porch and coal store. The farmhouse style kitchen has a working aga and flows through to a large hallway with cloak room, a bright and airy dual aspect living room with working fireplace, a second bright reception room with patio doors out to the garden. There is original parquet flooring throughout the living room and hallway.
Upstairs there are three excellent double bedrooms all with built in wardrobes and a family bathroom. The views throughout the back of the house really are glorious so this property is a must see!
Outside there is a mature front lawn, a greenhouse to the side and lawn and patio to the rear, completely enclosed. Finally there is a large garage and lots of driveway parking.
