Utilities:
Hyperoptic Wi-Fi is included in the rent - residents have the option to change provider should they wish. All other utilities including electricity to be paid separately by the resident(s) directly to the provider. Homes are heated by electricity which is supplied by British Gas and will be charged by household usage - residents have the option to change providers and should notify Get Living. A metered water supply is provided by South East Water and charged based on usage.
