Our founders have a finance background from the City, all moving to London, to rent a room, as close as possible to the City.
Having looked around for a few weeks, on Spareroom/ Gumtree, finding a room became truly draining. Eventually, out of desperation, all of them settled for the last room that they viewed.
These rooms were typically, priced highly, no internet provided, bills were on top, no cleaner and no flexibility to even find a replacement tenant.
Like so many young professionals moving to London, this was a draining, tiresome experience and we knew we had to offer something different.
Surely, this could be improved?
