This is truly a one off opportunity to rent this unique property (BEING OFFERED UNFURNISHED). Classed as a maisonette, the property feels more like a bungalow than an apartment once you are there. It is set above a village post office shop with its own access via a set of stone steps to the side of the building. This will lead you to a terrace and a garden at the back (raised above the street level) where a front door to the maisonette is.
The property briefly comprises entrance hall, open plan kitchen / living room, 3 bedrooms, family bathroom and further utility / shower room.
The highlight of the whole property is open plan kitchen / living room. The available space can be easily arrange to create distinct dining and sitting areas. The modern kitchen is another great feature of the property. It has a breakfast bar, wealth of storage and worktop space, built in induction hob, double oven, fridge freezer and space for a dishwasher. Separate utility / shower room has a connection for washing machine and a condensing tumble drier.
A door in the kitchen leads to a hallway off which 3 bedrooms and family bathroom can be accessed. All three bedrooms are of generous size with large amount of build in storage / wardrobes. Master bedroom has a dual aspect affording plenty of light with French door opening onto a terrace surrounded by greenery.
Outside, the garden seemingly surrounds the property offering a harmonious natural environment. There are two separate terraces, one with a view over the street and into the garden and second off the master bedroom. A mature terraced garden with abundance of shrubs and other plants directly faces the lounge / kitchen. There is also a shed and a green house.
The water and drainage are included in the rent.
Please note that connection of appliances in the utility / shower room will have to be carried out by the landlord. Due to the classification of the room and prevailing electric safety requirements, any appliance in this room will have to be hard wired.
