Property description
Impressive family-sized flat with two balconies on a sought-after address close to Kensington High Street.
Entering the flat on the first floor, the front hall leads into a large reception room. This attractive space includes high ceilings, a broad bay window and French doors leading out onto a balcony.
From here, double doors flow through to the dining room, which in turn opens onto a well-proportioned kitchen. It offers modern units, a central island and French doors opening onto a second balcony.
The other half of the flat features six bedrooms. The principal bedroom suite includes a bathroom and a generous dressing room. There are five more bedrooms and three more bathrooms, two of them ensuite.
The flat also offers a study, a utility room, a guest WC and considerable storage space.
Previously two separate flats occupying the sought-after first floor, this property combines lofty proportions with exceptional lateral width. The interiors are decorated in a sophisticated contemporary style and presented in immaculate condition.
External windows on both sides of the flat, as well as internal windows to light the corridors, give a feeling of brightness and space throughout.
The property includes a pair of balconies with enough space for outdoor seating. Oriented east, they offer views over Kensington Court.
Cornwall Mansions is a grand red-brick mansion block with a lift, completed in the Edwardian Era.
The building is conveniently positioned a short walk away from the restaurants, shops and underground station of Kensington High Street. In addition, the open spaces of Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are within easy reach.
