Property description
A substantial apartment offering concierge service, a lift, air conditioning, and off-street parking.
Entering the flat on the fifth level, an elegant hallway with a herringbone-patterned floor and ornate crown moulding sets the tone, leading past built-in cabinetry with circular brass handles towards the principal reception room. This exceptionally generous reception room is beautifully proportioned, with a fireplace and glass-fronted display cabinets with gold detailing, and opens directly onto the terrace through French doors, filling the space with light.
A further hallway connects to the apartment's five bedrooms, each with its own Juliet balcony. The principal bedroom benefits from a dedicated dressing room, fitted with open shelving and drawer storage, along with its own en-suite bathroom, featuring twin sinks, gold-toned brassware, a walk-in shower with a built-in bench, and a bath.
The remaining four bedrooms are generously proportioned, with one further bedroom also featuring its own dedicated dressing room. Three of these four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms, finished to a high standard with features including green mosaic and fish-scale tiling and gold-toned brassware. The fifth bedroom has an en-suite washroom.
The kitchen is fitted with sleek, handleless cabinetry, a central island with an integrated sink, and a dark textured splashback, with glass-fronted upper units providing additional display space.
Moulded cornicing, chandeliers, and herringbone flooring run throughout the principal rooms, giving a refined and classical character, while the kitchen is finished in a more contemporary, minimalist style.
The property includes a generous terrace, accessed from the reception room, offering views over the surrounding rooftops and greenery.
Palace Green is a quiet, tree-lined address in the heart of Kensington, moments from Kensington Gardens and Kensington Palace. High Street Kensington station is within easy reach, providing District and Circle line connections, with Kensington High Street's upmarket boutiques, restaurants, and amenities just a short walk away.
