A fully refurbished, never-lived-in four bedroom apartment with elegant interiors, generous reception space and an in-house porter.
The accommodation is arranged around a generous entrance hall and offers two distinct reception spaces, including an elegant lounge with a wide bay window, fitted shelving and period-style detailing, alongside a separate dining room. A separate contemporary kitchen complements the entertaining space. There are four well-proportioned bedrooms, including a generous principal bedroom, and three bathrooms, two of which are en suite. The refurbishment combines a neutral palette with dark joinery, decorative cornicing, carefully considered lighting and contemporary bathroom finishes, creating a refined yet practical home. The proposed layout also provides useful storage.
Sutherland House is an attractive period red-brick residential building on Marloes Road. The apartment is positioned on the lower ground floor and benefits from an in-house porter. It is offered unfurnished and has been fully refurbished to a high specification, with the accommodation not previously lived in since completion.
Marloes Road is well positioned in Kensington, placing the apartment within easy reach of the shops, cafés and restaurants of Kensington High Street and Gloucester Road. Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park and the museums of South Kensington are also accessible from the area, while Gloucester Road and High Street Kensington Underground stations provide convenient connections across central London. A selection of well-regarded schools is located throughout Kensington and neighbouring South Kensington.
