Property description
Occupying a prime position on one of Kensington's most distinguished garden squares, this exceptional four-bedroom apartment at Hale House exemplifies refined lateral living in one of London's most coveted neighbourhoods. The generous 2,498 sq ft layout provides the space and flexibility modern renters seek, with elegant proportions throughout and thoughtful separation of living areas.
The apartment's layout creates an ideal flow for both everyday living and entertaining. A separate reception room offers a sophisticated space for relaxation, while the dedicated dining room provides the perfect setting for hosting. The independent kitchen completes the principal living areas, ensuring a practical yet refined approach to contemporary home life. The private balcony extends the living space outdoors, offering a tranquil retreat above the tree-lined streetscape.
The accommodation comprises four well-appointed bedrooms, including a master suite with ensuite bathroom and built-in wardrobes that maximise storage without compromising on space. Two further ensuite bathrooms serve the remaining bedrooms, with an additional guest WC completing the generous bathroom provision. Built-in wardrobes feature throughout, offering exceptional storage solutions across the apartment.
De Vere Gardens represents Kensington living at its finest, a peaceful tree-lined enclave that retains the grace and tranquillity of Victorian London. The square's classical architecture and mature gardens create an atmosphere of timeless elegance, while the location places residents at the heart of one of the capital's most culturally rich neighbourhoods. Kensington Palace and Gardens lie moments to the north, while Hyde Park's 350 acres of parkland begin just streets away.
The neighbourhood offers an exceptional lifestyle proposition. High Street Kensington and Notting Hill Gate stations provide excellent transport connections, while the world-renowned museums of South Kensington—the V&A, Natural History Museum, and Science Museum—sit within easy reach. The Royal Albert Hall and the sophisticated dining and shopping of Kensington High Street add to the area's considerable appeal, creating a lifestyle that seamlessly blends cultural richness with everyday convenience.
This apartment offers the rare combination of generous proportions, thoughtful layout, and an address that places you at the centre of everything Kensington has to offer, making it an exceptional rental opportunity for those seeking space, elegance, and one of London's most distinguished residential settings.
