A newly completed house tucked away within one of Kensington’s picturesque cobbled mews, offering approximately 1,300 sq ft of impeccably designed contemporary living space behind a traditional brick façade.
Arranged over four floors, this exceptional home blends timeless character with cutting-edge specification. The ground floor is dedicated almost entirely to an impressive reception room extending to over 34 ft, flooded with natural light from oversized windows at either end and centered around a striking floating walnut staircase. To the rear, a private patio provides a peaceful outdoor retreat.
The lower ground floor houses a beautifully appointed kitchen and dining room spanning almost 22 ft. Finished with quartz worktops, Carrara Royale marble flooring and a full suite of Miele appliances, the space is ideally suited to both everyday living and entertaining. A guest cloakroom and additional storage are also located on this level.
Occupying the entire first floor, the principal bedroom suite offers a luxurious sanctuary, complete with a beautifully finished en suite bathroom featuring Selena Beige marble and underfloor heating. A second double bedroom is situated on the top floor and is served by a bathroom finished to the same exacting standard.
Throughout the house, premium materials and craftsmanship are evident, including wide-board natural oak flooring, solid walnut staircases and reclaimed 200-year-old English brickwork. Modern conveniences include whole-house MVHR ventilation and air conditioning.
Lexham Mews enjoys an enviable Kensington location, moments from the boutiques, restaurants and cafés of Kensington High Street. Holland Park is closeby, while High Street Kensington Underground station provides excellent connections across London.
