Should you decide to apply to be a tenant for this property through Find My Home, the followings are payable:
Reservation fee:
Equivalent to one week proposed rent set off as part of the first month rent. This fee is refundable only if a landlord did not accept the offer as set on the offer and reservation form and signed by the applicant. Inventory fee:

As per the tenancy agreement, a professional cleaning service have to be employed and or paid by the tenant at the end of the tenancy.
Terms:
