Contract Variations at the Tenant's Request (where agreed): £50
Lost Keys or Security Devices: Equal to the cost of replacement
Interest Payable on Rent More than 14 Days Overdue: 3% above Bank of England base rate
Early Termination Request: A charge that doesn't exceed the financial loss for the landlord
Tenancy Deposit: Equivalent to five weeks' rent, increasing to 6 weeks' rent when the annual rent exceeds £50,000
