Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must fall under the 'Designated Person' umbrella. The criteria for this are:
* Has to have lived in the Ealing Borough for a continuous 6 month in the last 12 months OR
* Have immediate family who have lived in Ealing Borough for the last 5 years continuously (Father, Mother, Son, Daughter etc) OR
* Has permanent paid employment in Ealing Borough.
Income
The applicant cannot exceed the Gross Household Income Threshold that is currently set by the Greater London Authority (GLA) as £66,000 per year.
