Property description
Set within a beautifully refurbished period building in the heart of Kensington Gardens Square, this thoughtfully designed ground floor studio apartment offers a stylish and tranquil retreat in one of London’s most desirable postcodes. Tenants enjoy access to the communal gardens, and Bayswater Station (Circle and District lines) is around a 5 minute walk away.
The main living space has high ceilings with ornate cornicing and tall sash windows providing plenty of natural light. A black marble fireplace gives the room a striking focal point. A bespoke double bed sits within a custom-built alcove, with a painted headboard, reading lights, a shelf and overhead cabinets. A sofa, TV and coffee table complete the living area, and bespoke oak joinery adds further storage.
The sleek kitchen runs along one wall, with matt cabinetry, quartz worktops and splashback, a black mixer tap, an integrated oven and hob, and under-cabinet lighting.
The separate bathroom is fitted to a boutique standard, with a walk-in rainfall shower in handmade-style green tiling, a wall-hung WC, a vanity unit, a heated towel rail and a natural oak recessed shelf, all on a marble-effect floor.
Bayswater Station (Circle and District lines) is a short walk away, with Queensway (Central line) and Royal Oak also close by. Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, Portobello Road and the cafes and restaurants of Queensway and Westbourne Grove are all within easy reach.
Residents also enjoy access to beautifully maintained communal gardens, providing a peaceful green escape in the heart of the city.
