Property description
A beautifully bright and well-presented largely lateral upper floors (with lift) apartment in Viscount Court, at the junction of Pembridge Villas and Chepstow Place in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, boasts high ceilings and lots of natural light. The property is located on the quieter Chepstow Place rear aspect of the building, enjoying views in several different directions. In excess of 2000 sq ft, this apartment has been successfully created from a recent amalgamation of two properties, providing well-proportioned space in thoroughly good order.
Accessed on the upper (fourth floor) level, there is a spacious double reception room with floor-to-ceiling windows and double doors opening onto a private balcony, which invites an abundance of natural light. The separate kitchen comes equipped with a utility room, and there are three double bedrooms and a further shower room. A subtle staircase from the living space drops down to the third master suite, which is also full of natural light. The suite features a dressing/study office area, a generous bedroom with plenty of built-in wardrobes, an en suite bathroom, and a separate WC.
Viscount Court is well located moments from Westbourne Grove and many of the area's most in-demand bars, shops, restaurants, and schools. Notting Hill Gate is the closest tube station (Central and District lines), and Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are a short walk away.
