Property description
A stunning refurbished, two-bedroom loft-style duplex apartment in a grade II listed stucco-fronted building
set on the first floor and overlooking a beautiful communal garden square.
This contemporary duplex offers exceptionally bright, south-facing accommodation.
The double-height reception room is a real showpiece, with two oversized sash windows and a balcony looking directly over the gardens. The magnificent principal bedroom features built-in wardrobes and is complemented by a luxurious bathroom. A mezzanine-style double bedroom, which also works well as a study, completes the accommodation (please note there is a height restriction). The separate kitchen is sleek, modern and fully equipped. The property also boasts a private balcony over-looking the gardens.
The property is a short walk from Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Local amenities are close by, and transport links are excellent, with Bayswater, Queensway and Royal Oak Underground stations and Paddington (Heathrow Express) all within walking distance.
