Property description
Generous ceiling heights, full-height glazing and a private terrace distinguish this two-bedroom apartment at The Chilterns on Paddington Street. Extending to approximately 1,219 sq. ft. across the ground and lower-ground floors, the newly refurbished home is offered furnished, with air conditioning and access to a gym, cinema and 24-hour concierge.
The entrance hall opens into a spacious kitchen, dining and reception room, where dark timber flooring and cabinetry bring warmth to the white walls. Almost 12-foot ceilings add to the sense of volume, while tall windows frame views towards the trees outside. There is ample room for a dining table and a separate seating area, with recessed lighting around the ceiling.
The kitchen is arranged around an island with breakfast-bar seating, with integrated appliances, extensive full-height storage and illuminated open shelving. A guest cloakroom and a separate storage cupboard sit off the entrance hall.
On the lower-ground floor, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and full-height glazed doors opening onto the private terrace. The principal bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with twin basins, a bath and an overhead shower. The second bedroom also has an ensuite, while a separate utility room keeps laundry facilities away from the living spaces.
Paved and enclosed by high walls, the terrace provides a generous outdoor seating area, with space for a table and chairs. Its direct connection to both bedrooms brings light into the lower-ground accommodation.
The Chilterns stands beside Paddington Street Gardens, close to Marylebone High Street’s independent shops, cafés and restaurants. Regent’s Park offers extensive green space nearby, while the surrounding streets are home to galleries, specialist shops and neighbourhood amenities. Baker Street and Regent’s Park Underground stations provide connections across London, with Marylebone station offering additional Underground and national rail services.
