Property description
*AVAILABLE AUGUST* A stylish one bedroom apartment to rent, right in the heart of Soho.
In the very epicentre of Soho and right in the heart of London's entertainment district with many theatres, restaurants and shops all on the doorstep.
This apartment comprises of a spacious and bright reception room with space for a dining table and beautiful wood flooring continuing through to the open plan fully fitted modern kitchen with integrated Miele appliances and mirror splash back. The master double bedroom is of a good size with a separate modern fully fitted tiled shower room.
Located on the second floor, the whole apartment benefits from an abundance of natural light and a modern contemporary feel.
The street was named after Prince Rupert of the Rhine, a nephew of Charles I and the leader of the Royalist cavalry during the Civil War. Having been banished after the defeat of Charles I, he returned to England in 1660 and was a naval commander during Charles II’s wars against the Dutch, thus becoming a national hero.
The block, situated on the corner of Rupert Street and Brewer Street, built in 1884, comprises elegant redbrick construction with stone cornicing and pediments to the windows on the first floor and some attractive ornamental brickwork.
Rupert Street is less than a five-minute walk from four major Underground lines (Piccadilly, Central, Northern and Bakerloo), giving easy access to the rest of the city – as well as to Heathrow airport, Charing Cross station (0.5 miles) for southern overland services and St Pancras International for train services to Europe.
This apartment is available to rent on a furnished basis
There is a requirement of a 5 week (rent equivalent under £50,000 per annum) deposit for new and renewed tenancies (or 6 weeks if the annual rent is £50,000 or more).
