Property description
A beautifully refurbished three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath mews house with air conditioning in the heart of Notting Hill.
Tucked away on the south side of Codrington Mews in the heart of Notting Hill, this beautifully refurbished three-bedroom, two-bathroom home spread across four floors combines thoughtful architecture with refined contemporary living, complete with private outdoor space.
The ground floor opens into a generous open-plan kitchen and reception area, centred around a striking quartz island and worktops. High-spec Miele appliances, a Quooker tap, and an integrated wine cooler elevate the space, while French doors flood the room with natural light and open onto a charming outdoor terrace. A guest WC is also located on this floor.
The lower level reveals an elegant sitting room with high ceilings, wrapped in Kit Kemp wallpaper and featuring a working gas fireplace, built-in projector and Sonos sound system. This floor also offers a bespoke, temperature-controlled wine cabinet and a separate utility room with freestanding washer and dryer.
Upstairs, the first floor comprises two beautifully designed bedroom suites. The principal bedroom benefits from air conditioning, wooden flooring and bespoke built-in wardrobes, alongside a luxurious en-suite with underfloor heating, separate bath and a spacious marble-clad walk-in shower finished with brushed brass detailing. The second double bedroom enjoys access to a private balcony and its own en-suite bathroom.
The top floor houses a third double bedroom arranged with twin beds.
