Property description
Two bedrooms over the first and second floors on Portobello Road, designed by the team behind Chateau Marmont and Chiltern Firehouse. You can tell the moment you walk in.
The bedrooms are on the first floor. The principal has fitted wardrobes, a built-in vanity and its own en suite. The second bedroom sits opposite, next to the family bathroom. Underfloor heating and filtered showers in both.
A glass staircase, lit from a skylight above, takes you up to the second floor. It is one open room under a double-height ceiling. Bespoke graphite kitchen with Miele appliances on one side, sitting and dining on the other, furnished with pieces that have been chosen rather than bought: a Hans Wegner dining table, a Conran sofa, vintage Scandinavian armchairs. Bi-fold doors from the kitchen open onto a private terrace, with a teak daybed for the summer.
A home with real character, a few minutes from Westbourne Grove and Notting Hill Gate.
