Property description
Tucked away on a peaceful cul-de-sac in the very heart of Notting Hill, this generously proportioned raised ground floor apartment offers a rare combination of space, light and a truly central address.
High ceilings give the whole apartment a wonderful sense of volume, nowhere more so than in the impressive reception room. Substantially larger than you would expect from a one bedroom home, it offers ample room for both living and dining areas, making it equally suited to relaxing and entertaining.
The brand new galley style kitchen is sleek and efficiently designed, with modern fittings and plenty of workspace. The bespoke wet room has been thoughtfully crafted and finished to a high standard, offering a contemporary alternative to the traditional bathroom.
The bedroom is a good size and benefits from a full wall of bespoke storage, keeping the space clutter-free and leaving plenty of room for furniture.
Stepping out of your front door, you are surrounded by everything that makes Notting Hill so sought after: the boutiques and cafés of Westbourne Grove, the famous Portobello Road Market, and the green spaces of Holland Park and Kensington Gardens. Notting Hill Gate, Ladbroke Grove and Holland Park stations are all within easy reach, providing excellent transport links across the capital.
Properties of this size and quality, on such a quiet street, rarely come to the market.
