Property description
Ascend to the second floor and enter a spacious open-plan kitchen and reception room. Wide wood floors and tactile materials create a warm interior environment, enhanced further by swathes of natural light that pour in through sash windows. A wall of exposed brickwork is an engaging backdrop for the living area, whilst steel beams afford an industrial edge to the social space. There’s an alpine-like quality to the kitchen, courtesy of the timber-clad island, worktops and splashback – elevated with integrated lighting.
The double bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding wooden door, finished in a striking parquet pattern. Its pared-back colour palette is calming, whilst a wall of storage makes for a clutter-free space. French doors lead out onto the private balcony, framed in black iron railings. Back inside, the bathroom is a thoroughly contemporary affair, wrapped in whitewashed metro tiling contrasted with jet-black appliances.
