Property description
A rare semi-detached Lion house with off-street parking and a fantastic garden at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on the Fulham/Chelsea border
Description
This impressive property is one of the original Nichol's Lion houses and was designed to offer a substantial family home of superb width, ideal for both family life and entertaining.
On the ground floor is a bright reception room with a fantastic floor to ceiling bay window, a feature fireplace, wood flooring and bespoke joinery. To the rear is an open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room overlooking the garden. The kitchen has Meile appliances, a Wolf range and underfloor heating. There is plenty of space for dining and relaxing making this area the heart of the home. Two sets of French windows and bi-fold doors open to a wonderful south facing garden, part paved for al fresco dining and part artificial grass. The garden is surrounded by mature shrubs and wonderful apple and fig trees. When the trees are in full leaf the house feels very private. There is a separate study and utility room on this floor.
All the bedrooms are bright and of a good size with en suite bathrooms. The first floor double bedroom has the advantage of an automatic awning to keep the room cool in the summer.
The principal bedroom has extensive, bespoke storage and a sizeable en suite bathroom with twin basins. The bedroom on the top floor is currently used as an extra study.
The property further benefits from excellent storage and off-street parking which is highly sought after in Fulham.
