Located on the prestigious Eaton Place, this exceptional first and second-floor apartment has been thoughtfully interior designed by the multi-award-winning luxury designer Laura Hammett, with great attention to detail throughout.
The accommodation is beautifully arranged for both entertaining and everyday living. The first floor is centred around a magnificent drawing room, where ceiling heights in excess of 14 feet and three south-facing French doors overlooking Eaton Place create an outstanding sense of space and natural light. A separate dining room provides an elegant setting for formal entertaining, while the well-appointed kitchen/breakfast room is complemented by a utility room. Two balconies further enhance the living accommodation.
The principal bedroom suite occupies the second floor and enjoys excellent built-in storage, alongside a private roof terrace. Two further double bedrooms and two additional bathrooms complete the accommodation. All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning, ensuring comfort throughout the year. Presented immaculately throughout and offering superb proportions, this is a rare opportunity to rent a beautifully designed Belgravia home on one of the area's most distinguished addresses.
Eaton Place is considered one of the finest addresses in Belgravia, just to the North of Eaton Square and South of Belgrave Square. It is only a short walk to Sloane Square (0.4 miles) and Elizabeth Street, both providing good transport facilities, restaurants and shops that make up this famous part of London. The amenities and shops of Knightsbridge and the King's Road are also within walking distance of the property, as is Harrods. (All distances and times are approximate).
