Property description
It is hard to imagine a more unique or majestic luxury property available for rent in London than the incredible seven-bedroom Mansion House, originally designed by Horace Field, available for both Long and Short Let.
With untold heritage and prestige evident throughout the Grade II listed house and a renovated interior transformed by Saigol DDC, this will make a truly exceptional family home. The house is over 15m wide and has an array of illustrious period features such as the sweeping central staircase, the spacious oak-panelled drawing room and the ornate gilt cupola. As well as its marble detailing and Royal Palace craftsmanship, the house also comes with a stunning private roof terrace that offers expansive views across Big Ben, the House of Lords and Westminster Abbey.
Its bespoke leisure amenities include a spa with its own gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, patio garden and 10m swimming pool. There is also an 8-person lift, walk-in wine room, games room, cinema, bar and double kitchen with Miele and Gaggenau appliances. The house also has an integrated audio-visual and lighting system, comfort cooling and seven bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms including the principal suite with walk-in dressing room, private terrace and his and her’s en-suite bathrooms.
Mansion House was reinstated as a private residence in 2017 and has undergone expert refurbishing and renovations to preserve its ornate historical features and seamlessly integrate the latest amenities to create the ideal haven for luxury living. It is located on Cowley Street in Westminster, right in the heart of London’s establishment and surrounded by some of the city’s most important attractions and impressive retail, dining and hospitality outlets.
