Why live here?
It ticks all the boxes - well looked after, great location, local transport, brilliant finish, west facing 11th floor balcony for loads of sun and 2 big bedrooms, each with their own bathroom.
Why this apartment?
Up on the 11th floor, inside is light and bright owing to large floor to ceiling windows/French doors facing West for afternoon/evening sun.
The open plan kitchen/living room is large with plenty of space to entertain. With the building being built only a few years ago, the kitchen is as-new with appliances built in and a sleek finish, great for entertaining in the large sociable space.
Completing the living room is a large balcony with room for 4 or more to dine, while basking in the evening sun.
There are 2 large double bedrooms, an ensuite and second family bathroom. Rounding off the apartment are 2 large storage cupboards solving any clutter issues.
Why this building?
As the penultimate development on the old Linton Fuel Yard site, commonly now referred to as the ‘Riverside Quarter’ Causeway House is part of a little community.
Up on the 12th floor is a large communal roof terrace with far reaching views across the river, towards the City and beyond. There is also a residents communal garden on the 2nd floor.
On the ground floor is secure cycle storage and communal entrance with a video entry system.
Why choose the area?
