The Vicarage is a detached former church property with large landscaped lawn perfect for summer nights!

The Master bedroom is on the first floor and has a truly grand feel with high ceilings and bay windows, measuring a generous 6m x 5m.

The Garden room is situated on the ground floor 5m x 5m, and features original wall panelling as well modern finishes and has three full size sash windows for lots of light.

Both rooms are just decorated and have a peaceful vibe with their gorgeous views over the gardens  - whilst being located just 7 mins walk from the Northern line at Tooting Broadway.

There are premium finishes featuring LED lighting, electric blinds, king beds, new marble top wooden chests from Soho Home, dresser and two bedsides. Both have their own en-suite bathrooms too :)

It’s a great spot whether you work locally at St George’s, take the tube into Central London or work remotely.

Residents are professionals in healthcare, finance and sales. Enjoy getting to know your housemates, cook in the new kitchen or just relax in your room.
