Wetlands Property, a global partner of Nest Seekers International, is delighted to offer this well-presented three-bedroom, two-bathroom furnished flat on Castelnau, in the heart of Barnes, SW13.
Barnes is one of south-west London's most charming neighbourhoods: peaceful, leafy and with a real village feel, yet well connected. Hammersmith is close by, and Barnes Station offers easy rail links. The area is full of restaurants and quaint independent shops, and some of the best are right on your doorstep. Fat Goose Bakery, a Barnes favourite, is directly opposite. Greenfield Artisan Butchers is a fantastic local butcher. The particularly well-stocked Tesco Express covers fuel and everyday groceries, and The Quarter Cafe is the place to go for an excellent breakfast.
The flat is entered through a private front door and arranged over two landings. The bright reception room has wooden floors, a decorative feature fireplace and ample space for both a sofa and a dining area. The kitchen area is fitted with white units and dark wood worktops. It has a full range of integrated Bosch appliances, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with a fridge freezer, an under-counter fridge and a wine cooler.
There are three generous bedrooms, each with wardrobe storage:
- Bedroom one: a double bed and a door opening onto its own private terrace.
- Bedroom two: a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, a wall-mounted TV and a second private terrace.
- Bedroom three: a king-size bed, a built-in wardrobe, a dressing table and an en-suite shower room.
A family bathroom with a bath, shower over and a washing machine completes the accommodation.
Further benefits include gas central heating, wooden flooring in the main rooms, recessed spotlights, a video doorbell and a security camera at the entrance.
With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two private terraces, the flat is particularly well suited to professionals, families and sharers, including up to three students renting together.
