The midships flat is one of three living spaces aboard the boat, with a floorspace of 80m². We charge the utility bills, council tax and WiFi as a mandatory fixed amount included in the rent, estimated at about £400, so the rent without those bills equates to about £3200.Just to give an idea of the pricing. It is not added as fee, we simply include it in the rent. The reason for this is that the whole boat has one meter for each utility, but the costs have to be split across the three flats. So no need to worry about billing, which is an added bonus!
