This payment is to indicate your commitment, and is held against expenses, which are offset against your initial payment at the commencement of the tenancy. Your reference report will be sent to the Landlord. Guarantors will also be referenced and their reference report will be sent to the Landlord. We will forward your Identification and Right to Rent Documents to the Landlord to approve. Tenancy agreement The Tenancy Agreement will be created by Wellbelove Quested (UK) Limited and must be signed prior to occupation. Check in and check out Wellbelove Quested (UK) Limited will be instructed by the landlord as to what arrangements are to be made for the inventory and check-in. Unless agreed otherwise, the landlord will be responsible for the cost of the inventory and check-in and the check-out). We advise you make yourself available for the check-in and check-out. Management of the property The property may not always be managed by Wellbelove Quested (UK) Limited. We cannot authorise any repairs or maintenance or guarantee the speed at which repairs will be carried out. Where we manage a property and hold keys, we can usually provide access to Wellbelove Quested (UK) Limiteds contractors (with your permission).
