Should you wish to follow up interest in renting any properties advertised by Aitch Estates, in addition to the initial upfront rental in advance & dilapidation deposit (generally one month rent in advance and a minimum of one month rental dilapidation deposit) all prospective tenants will be required to pay a combined Referencing and Right to rent check fee in the sum of £85.00 inclusive of VAT per tenant.
As stipulated in the tenancy agreement at the end of the tenancy it will be the tenant/s responsibility to cover the cost for the check-out inspection fee, the independent inventory clerk pricelist is as follows:
