Variation of Contract (Tenant's Request)
£50 (inc. VAT) per agreed variation, or reasonable costs incurred if higher (supported by written evidence).
Change of Sharer (Tenant's Request)
£50 (inc. VAT) per replacement tenant, or reasonable costs incurred if higher (supported by written evidence).
Early Termination (Tenant's Request)
If the tenant requests to terminate their tenancy early, they shall be liable for the landlord's reasonable re-letting costs and rent due under the tenancy until the start date of the replacement tenancy. These costs will not exceed the total rent remaining under the tenancy.71:T97d,
