Should you decide to apply to be a tenant for this property through Find My Home, the followings are payable:
Reservation fee:
Equivalent to one week proposed rent set off as part of the first month rent. This fee is refundable only if a landlord did not accept the offer as set on the offer and reservation form and signed by the applicant. The fee is non-refundable if the applicant regret after been accepted by the landlord and or will fail a credit check and will not be able to provide a suitable alternative to relax the landlord and or agent, like a UK guarantor who is a property owner and or a payment in advance as per the request of the landlord and or agent. Any false, incorrect or incomplete information provided by the applicant maybe considered a breach and which will allow the landlord and or agent to forfeit the reservation fee and to reject the application.
Inventory fee:
This fee is applicable at check in or check out.
This fee is depending on a rate card of an Inventory and check in out companies and on the size and content of the said property.
As per the tenancy agreement, a professional cleaning service have to be employed and or paid by the tenant at the end of the tenancy.
Terms:
A security deposit - usually equal to five weeks rent (or 6 weeks if rent is above £50000 per annum) is payable and is legally protected in one of the government approved schemes. Find My Home is registered with the dps (Deposit Protection Service) Custodial Scheme.
Rent in advance - As per the agreed terms (usually one month in advance) will be payable on signing of the tenancy agreement. A monthly rent calculation is: Rent per week x 52 weeks in a year 12 months
