Default fees (if written into the tenancy agreement):
Late rent: Interest at 3% above Bank of England base rate (after 14 days)
Lost key or security device: Reasonable cost of replacement
Variation to contract (if requested by the tenant): £50 (or reasonable cost if higher)
Early termination fee (if requested by the tenant): Limited to landlord’s financial loss or reasonable costs

Admin or paperwork
Check-ins or check-outs
Inventory preparation
Renewals or referencing
