A furnished one bedroom flat on the fourth floor (lift access) of Regis Court, a brick mansion block on Melcombe Place. Marylebone Station is right in front of the building, Baker Street is a short walk away, and the Landmark Hotel and its Victorian architecture sit next door.
The reception room is bright, with tall sash windows and a wall of fitted shelving and cupboards. It comes furnished with a sofa, rug, extendable console table, and it works as well for a day at home as for an evening in.
The bedroom is a good size and set apart from the entrance hall. It has a double bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a full height wardrobe. Two windows bring in plenty of light.
The kitchen has a gas hob, extractor hood, integrated oven, integrated fridge freezer and washing machine. There is also a small cafe style table with two stools, handy for breakfast or a bit of work. The bathroom is tiled throughout, with a walk in shower, wall hung WC, walnut vanity unit and heated towel rail. Both rooms have electric underfloor heating, and the rest of the flat is warmed by gas central heating radiators.
Marylebone High Street is close for daily shopping, cafes and restaurants, and Regent’s Park is a short walk away. Marylebone and Baker Street put the West End, the City and Heathrow connections within easy reach.
