Beautifully combining original warehouse character with contemporary design, this impressive apartment offers a stylish and spacious home with a distinctly East London feel.
The heart of the apartment is its bright, open-plan living and dining space, complemented by a beautifully finished modern kitchen with integrated appliances. Industrial-style windows, warm wooden flooring and thoughtfully considered finishes create an inviting space that celebrates the building's heritage while delivering all the comforts of modern living.
Both bedrooms are generously proportioned doubles, offering flexibility for professional sharers, couples or those looking for a dedicated home office. Two contemporary bathrooms, excellent storage and a carefully designed layout complete the apartment.
Residents also benefit from beautifully landscaped communal gardens and a communal roof terrace, providing additional outdoor space to relax, unwind and enjoy this unique development.
The Vibe: Nestled between the creative energy of London Fields and the greenery of Victoria Park, the Old Clothing Factory enjoys one of East London's most desirable neighbourhood settings.
