Bedroom 1 is a spacious double room with en-suite, fitted cupboard/wardrobe and overlooks the green park next door.

There is ample on street parking outside (with permits), and visitor permits are easily available. 

We manage this rental ourselves and always try to be responsive and helpful with tenants and keep the apartment in good shape.

We are looking for genuine and reliable tenants to share the apartment and be respectful of other neighbours in the block (would suit 2 individuals - both bedroom are similar sized. Or would suit a couple who would like a spare room).
