Property Description
Five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious open-plan lounge/dining area make 134 Empress Road a strong choice for a group of five looking to live together in Kensington Fields.
The communal layout is a real selling point. The open-plan lounge and dining area gives everyone a proper shared space away from their bedrooms – somewhere to eat together, catch up after lectures or settle in for a night at home. Having two bathrooms between five bedrooms is another practical advantage for a busy student household.
At £150 per person, per week, the house also puts you in an established student area close to Liverpool’s main university district. The University of Liverpool’s main campus is based in the nearby Knowledge Quarter, with the wider campus offering libraries, university facilities, food and drink venues and the Guild of Students. Empress Road is also well placed for heading into Liverpool city centre, giving the group easy access to everything from shopping and restaurants to Liverpool’s bars and nightlife.
Local Area & Hotspots
The University of Liverpool and Knowledge Quarter are major advantages of the location, while the surrounding Kensington Fields area is well established for student accommodation.
For everyday essentials, students in the area have access to Lidl and local convenience stores, alongside the shops, takeaways and services found throughout Kensington. Rightmove Edge Lane also provides a direct route towards Liverpool city centre and the University, with the University confirming that the A5047/Edge Lane leads directly towards its city campus. University of Liverpool
For travelling further afield, Liverpool Lime Street is the city’s main station for national and regional rail services and is positioned close to the University’s central campus.
