Property description
MyTenantRent have seen the way that the energy crisis has impacted students over the past 12 months and that is why we are offering what we believe is the HIGHEST ENERGY ALLOWANCE IN THE CITY - a whopping £950PER PERSON PER YEAR! This should eliminate overspends for all but the most power hungry of groups and provide complete peace of mind towards your energy usage.
MTR are delighted to add a new top-quality home to their stock with this excellent 4-bed house in Kensington Fields.
Having just undergone renovation, this property has changed from a 4 bed/1 bed property into a 4 bed/2bath property with a through lounge/kitchen and a neat dining area.
Kensington Fields is highly desirable for a reason: it is right on the doorstep of the City Centre, and as a conservation area, the cobbled streets create a comfy neighbourhood with a healthy mix of students and residents.
With 2 arterial bus routes into/out of the City Centre in Kensington and Edge Lane within 3 mins walking distance, most of Liverpool is immediately accessible to bus users. For those who prefer the train, Edge Hill railway station is approx 10-12 mins walk away.
