A two-bedroom duplex apartment on the top floor of The Collegiate, one of Liverpool’s most recognisable landmark conversions. The building pairs Gothic Revival stonework with modern interiors, and this apartment makes the most of its position with an upside-down layout that puts the living space up high where the light and views are best.
The upper floor is given over to open-plan living. A contemporary kitchen with marble worktops, integrated appliances and a breakfast bar flows into a generous lounge and dining area. Sliding glass doors open onto a private decked balcony with views across the city skyline, a space that works equally well for morning coffee or evening drinks.
Downstairs are both double bedrooms and the bathroom, keeping the sleeping accommodation quiet and separate from the living space. Both bedrooms are bright, neutrally decorated and benefit from built-in storage. The second bedroom has room for a desk, so it works well as a home office or study. The bathroom is fully tiled, with modern fittings and a floating vanity.
Residents enjoy a communal roof garden, landscaped courtyard seating framed by the building’s historic brickwork and mature trees, lift access, and secure bike storage. An allocated parking space is included.
