Once a booking is made for the open house, you will be able to submit an offer for tenancy. When doing so, please include details in the comments box about yourself, any other tenants, your circumstances, and any specific requests.
If your offer is accepted, tenant referencing will be carried out. This will include verification of credit status, ID, affordability, AML, and fraud checks. For more details, please refer to the Referencing Criteria and Tenancy Agreement in the Tenancy Information section below.
We are required by law to carry out a Right to Rent check on all occupiers over the age of 18, whether they are tenants or permitted occupiers.
