Deposit Options
Traditional Deposit Option
A deposit equal to 5 weeks rent is payable to Colby River and will be registered and protected with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme for the duration of the tenancy.
Deposit Replacement Option - No Deposit
Alternatively, tenants can choose our deposit replacement option and avoid paying a traditional deposit. Instead, you will pay a one-off check-in fee equivalent to 28% of the monthly rent + VAT - significantly less than a five-week deposit.
Please note, this fee is non-refundable, is not a deposit, and cannot be used towards the cost of any damage, outstanding rent, or other charges that may arise during the tenancy. Any costs incurred during the tenancy remain the tenant's responsibility.
